We need to know the space from the back of the container where the tape measure starts to the 3-4 inches behind the hook, this way you order the right length arm.( See Photo for Details )

HOW HIGH THE HOOK IS FROM THE CONTAINER UNDERSIDE

Need to know how high your hook goes from where the arm will slide underneath the container.( See Photo for Details )

LENGTH OF space from tape measure to THE BASE of THE HOOK

Need to know how high the space from the bottom of the tape measure is to the bottom of the hook ( about 2 inches in this picture ). Also need to know how high the hook is from the bottom to the top, in this picture, about 3.5 inches.( See Photo for Details )

ODD SHAPE CONTAINER MEASURING INFORMATION AND COMMON SIZES

If you have a container with odd shape, you would need to measure everything because of the plate that was put in the front of the dumpster. Maybe you could have an arm that is 14-15 inches because it would fit in that hole, but you might need a custom 22-26 inch arm because of the front plate.( See Photo for Details )
